Moving Consultant / Sales Rep
This remote role is suited to candidates who communicate clearly, stay organized, and can help customers understand their moving needs. Strong phone skills, customer service, documentation, and comfort with web-based scheduling or dispatching tools are especially relevant here.
Driver
Drivers are part of the moving crew and need to be dependable, professional, and comfortable taking responsibility during moving jobs. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the same customer-service mindset and attention to detail expected across the team.
Helpers
Helpers work directly with the moving crew on the physical side of the job. The role is a fit for reliable, high-energy candidates who can follow instructions, work safely as part of a team, and maintain a professional attitude with customers throughout the move. A valid driver’s license is required.
Operations Manager / Dispatcher
This is an operations-focused role for an experienced candidate who can help coordinate scheduling, crews, customer information, documentation, and the flow of moving jobs. Organization, problem solving, communication, and comfort working with dispatching and scheduling systems are central to the position.
